We are team-led at King’s. This means that rather than using the more common structure of one person in a hierarchical position i.e. a senior pastor or vicar supported by others, here at King’s we are led by a senior leadership team, with each leader bringing a vast array of strengths, experiences and gifts to the church. Each has an equal voice and authority. Decisions are made and agreed upon together.

Cultivating our own personal relationship with God is paramount. We want to be Spirit-led, discerning God’s directions, plans and dreams for King’s and for our region and take regular time to intentionally position ourselves to listen. After all, this isn’t our church, it’s His!
