Neil is married to Alison, his daughter Cerys lives at home and is a student at Ryburn sixth form, his son Joseph is studying at the University of Sheffield.
Neil is committed to serving the church and helping us live as family, celebrating our rich cultural diversity and building community where addressing God (Psalm 145v4) One generation shall praise Your works to another, And shall declare Your mighty acts.
Neil has had a varied career. Having studied fine art he went on to become a teacher. He moved from education into corporate roles and before taking on a full-time role at Kings he ran a business providing education consultancy and event technology services.
For over three years Neil has been our Youth Pastor, through this period he has developed as a leader, serving us in many other areas. Recently we recognised Neil’s passion and calling, appointing him as associate pastor. His passion is to see the church captivated by the love of Jesus Christ and living lives full of love, power and the spirit. Sharing this love with each other and those around us he expects us to affect every environment and individual we come in contact with. As was the case at the inception of the church (Acts 2v43-44) Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common.
